Parent Rota and Fundraising
Parent Rota
A £10 returnable fee is payable each of the half-terms and will be given back if you choose to do a rota session. If you are unable to do a rota session this fee will pay for someone else to do the session for you.
The rota form is available before the end of each half term, parents/carers are welcome to fill in a date when their child is in attendance.
This is a good opportunity to come in and see us at play, meet the children and share an experience with your child.
Some children will show off or cling to you, do not worry they all react differently when having to share you.
Fundraisers
This is a very much appreciated group of parents who meet once a half-term to arrange much needed fundraising and support.
The fundraising is usually in the from of coffee mornings, photographer session, town fayre, and arranging outings. They also volunteer, time permitting, to do shopping, collect fees, to be treasurer and help with preparation for activities.
Everyone is welcome, the more volunteers the less for everyone for do, working together with the staff means providing the best for all the children.
A termly newsletter is sent out to keep everyone informed but also keep looking at the notice boards for all the latest news.
